Laurent Camus is post-doctoral researcher at Department of Social Sciences in Télécom ParisTech, associate researcher at CEMS (IMM-EHESS). His work focuses on mediated interactions and practices of mediatization in digital era.

During his PhD, he conducts a videoethnography of control-rooms of Canal+ in order to study directors and technicians at work and to document the new professional practices of broadcasting sports live events (in particular football matches).
