Boris Helleu

Boris Helleu is Lecturer in Sport Management at the University of Caen Normandy (France). He has headed the Sport Management programme since 2010. His work looks at the relationship between social media and the fan experience. His recent research deals with digitalization of sports governing bodies, digital marketing of football clubs, mega events and social media, and the way football clubs use Twitter. He was member of the jury of Sporsora and Sport Numericus. In 2016, he helped to design the first ever Hackathon organized by a professional football club. On a daily basis, he shares his international sports marketing and economy press review on his twitter account (@bhelleu). He also runs a blog dedicated to sports marketing (Hell of a Sport).
